Clubhouse and BBQ Area
The community property includes a Clubhouse and recreation areas including two barberques. Use of community property is regulated in the Community Management Statement sections 3.2, 4.1 and 4.7.
All owners and residents can be provided with a key to the clubhouse.
Initial owners should ask Peter Collie for a key. Owners purchasing second hand should obtain a key as a part of settlement.
Tenants should be provided with a key by their property agent.
The Clubhouse can be booked by residents (owners or tenants) of the estate for private functions by writing in the diary in the clubhouse. The name and contact details for the resident together with the time must be included.
Unless approved by the Committee (1) no booking may be made for more than three months in advance, and (2) on public holidays, no booking may be
made for more than four hours and must allow for at least two separate bookings to be made on that day. A public holiday means both the normal day
of the public holiday or the following Monday if this is the day on which the public holiday is observed.
The resident making the booking must be present throughout any event and they are personally responsible for all guests and for any damage to community property.
Any damage to community property must be reported to the Committee immediately if serious and in any case within 24 hours.
After a function, the room must be left clean and tidy with all rubbish removed. Please mop all Clubhouse areas including the bathrooms. Clean any barbecue after use.
Should (further) cleaning and tidying, the user may be charged a fee.
Only one barbecue may be booked by any one resident at any one time. Otherwise, barbeeques are available on a first come first served basis. But please move a little further away from the barbecue
itself if somebody else is waiting.
The pool may not be booked. (See pool rules for other rules specific to this facility).
The southern toilet in Clubhouse must be available at all times to other residents.
Strictly no smoking and no use of illicit drugs on community property. Please limit noise in the community area and the area vacated no later than 10pm.
