Swimming Pool
The community facilities include a swimming pool. The Community Management statement includes rules for the swimming pool in section 3.2.9.
In all cases, common sense must also prevail.

The pool is available for the use of residents(owner-occupiers and tenants) and their guests.

All swimmers, at any time when using the pool, must be in possession of a swimming pool permit which has been issued for identification purposes to the household from which they come and must ensure the permit is displayed on the side of the pool and visible from a distance.

Children under the age of 12 years must be supervised by an adult close to the pool, that is inside the glass fenced enclosure(and not just in the clubhouse or one of the BBQ areas)

The pool may only be used between 6am and 10pm

No glass is permitted within the swimming pool glass fenced enclosure

No diving or bombing

No use while intoxicated

No open wounds, no lack of toilet training, cleanliness before entering the water, etc..9.No pets are permitted in the pool water or in the fenced pool area unless the pet is a registered assistance animal.

Guests may only use the pool at their own risk.

Residents are responsible for the behaviour of their guests and their compliance with these rules.

The Community Association is required to ensure the pool complies with registration and certification requirements under the Swimming Pools Act 1992."
