Parking and Traffic
The roads within the Lake View Estate are narrow and there is NO on street parking for even short periods. Restrictions on parking are contained in the Community Management Statement in sections 2.3.1 and 4.3.1.
Residents (owners and tenants) are responsible for their own vehicles and those of any guests or trades people.
Visitor parking is for visitors only. Visitors means guests, trades people, emergency services but NOT residents (owners, long term tenants or short term tenants).
Vehicles may only be parked on a lot - and care must be taken to avoid ANY damage to the artifical grass.
Caravans, boats and trailers are only permitted in the estate if they can be parked entirely on one of the lots.
There is visitor parking available at the entrance to the south-west back walkway, but the north-west walkway is narrower and is NOT visitor or other parking.
If you cannot park a vehicle on a lot, then leave it must be left on the street outside the gate.
The entire estate is a mixed pedestrian and vehicle zone with a speed limit of 10kph (Community Management Statement section 3.1.7).
