GARDENS
Occupiers of lots are required to maintain their lot in a tidy condition and in good repair. (Community management statement 4.3.1). This requirement includes keeping the gardens, especially the front (roadside) garden neat and tidy.
Unfortunately, some gardens are filled with weeds and dead shrubs. Especially in spring and when there is some rain
this can cause weeds to rise up overnight!
If anyone's garden is unkempt, we ask you to please find some time to clean it up and kept it clean. The Association Committee
gets complaints from other residents who are doing the right thing and can only agree. We need to be fair to those who do want to live in a tidy estate so that we can maintain the complete and full architectural "look" of the estate.
Everyone knows that MAAS have not completed the eastern end of the estate which looks worse than any garden. However in the completed sections, an untidy garden surrounded by tidy ones looks really out of place
If for some reason a resident is unable to tend to their own garden - no tools, physically unable, no time, work at nights etc then the following may be able to help:
