Rubbish

Occupiers of lots are required to maintain their lot in a tidy condition and in good repair.  (Community management statement 4.3.1).  This requirement prohibits the accumulation of rubbish or refuse.

Rubbish (wheelie) bins (one red for general household rubbish and one yellow for recycleabales) are provided for each house.  The Dubbo Regional Council's bin use can be found on their website. Those living in strata do not get green bins.

The standard issue red bin is 240L.  On request from a resident, the Council will provide a smaller 140L red bin.  However, the bin charge is for a single red bin regardless of actual size.

The Dubbo Regional Council collects rubbish weekly early on Friday mornings, red bins weekly and yellow bins two weekly. The website should give our recycling week but doesn't appear to have heard of either Alexandrina Avenue or Fountain Circuit - but we are recycling week A..

Please place bins on the outer side of the estate ring road.

Rubbish bins must be brought back off the roadway in timely fashion and must be stored out of sight of the roadway.  (Community management statement section 3.5.2 refers).
